...Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment. Patients can give their copy request slip into the surgery between 9.00am - 1.00pm and 4.00 - 7.00pm, or post/fax it to us. We are unable to take prescription requests over the telephone, with the exception of housebound patients, who are requested to telephone the surgery between 11.30am - 12 noon. Please allow 48 hours' notice before collecting prescriptions (not including bank holidays and weekends).

Sick Certificates

You do not need a doctor's certificate of absence to show your employer if you are off work for less than seven days. You may collect a self certificate to complete from the reception. If your employer requires a private certificate, the doctor may issue one, but there will be a fee.
